As a Technical Pre-sales Engineer, your work focuses on supporting sales representatives and partner executives by answering technical questions prospects might have. You confidently share product or service information with outside prospects to make sure sales people and reselling partners sell SettleMint solutions.
You will become a product expert and discuss with technical teams to remove the entry barrier and shorten the sale cycle. You are the technical guru supporting sales teams.
Analyzing customer needs and matching customer requirements with SettleMint solutions
Solving technical questions with potential clients through calls and emails
Support Integrating Partners by answering their technical questions on platform capabilities
Reporting feedback and requested product features to the Product team.
Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research analysis
Attending international events and conferences
Deep Knowledge of blockchain technologies - at least 3 years of experience in the blockchain sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
3-5 years of experience in technical pre-sales for enterprise accounts
Experience with blockchain solutions and ideally on low-code platforms
Ability to exchange with multiple departments (sales, developers, product, etc.)
Strong interpersonal competencies
Excellent customer service skills
Strong organizational abilities
