We are entering a new phase of growth and expanding our commercial team with clients in financial services, retail, manufacturing, and public institutions across the globe, and offices in Europe (Belgium), MEA (Dubai), India (Delhi), and APAC (Singapore). The role


As a Chief Revenue Officer, you are a member of the company’s executive team, responsible for defining global commercial strategies, growing SettleMint’s partner program, and working closely with marketing and customer success to crush revenue growth targets.

You are an enterprise sales/SaaS leader able to find the balance between short and medium-term growth and long-term vision to build enduring relationships with our clients and partners.

You will take charge of managing sales operations across several regions driving enterprise business development and building relationships with partners for implementation.

You will direct internal sales teams managed by your regional reports (VP Sales) monitoring their performance and maximizing revenue growth of the company. You are a member of the executive team and report to the CEO.



Responsibilities

  • Develop global growth strategies with the executive team and board of directors

  • Bring SettleMint's High-Performance Low-Code Blockchain platform as a category leader

  • Drive the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals

  • Oversee the hiring and development of a (global) internal sales team

  • Be a role model for the company culture

  • Establish sales targets, training, and incentive programs

  • Develop and deliver international sales strategies with your regional reports

  • Drive the company's indirect sales strategy for the acquisition, onboarding and activation of integrating partners globally

  • Work closely with the CEO to develop, establish, and direct channel and distribution strategies and programs

  • Maintain key customer/partner relationships

  • Drive revenue growth management of existing accounts (upselling, cross-selling, retention, etc.) together with the customer success team

  • Work to develop and execute lead generation programs

  • Manage overall sales process, and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management

  • Develop pricing policies, including volume discounts and terms & conditions, for high-profile customers and channel partners

  • Supervise international expansion efforts

  • Travel to events and customer meetings to represent the company

Job requirements

  • Experience building successful sales teams in a global SaaS scale-up company

  • Experience scaling a partner-driven GTM strategy
